About me
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in a global IT corporation – most recently as Vice President of Corporate Communications at SAP – and over 15 years as a coach and mentor, I combine strong business acumen with deep coaching expertise. I support individuals, teams and organisations in shaping development consciously – in everyday work as well as during times of significant change.

My background in communication, leadership and change management greatly informs my work as a career and business coach. I have supported international leaders and teams through transformation processes, integrations and cultural change, and understand the dynamics that define transformation – both organisationally and humanly. I bring this experience into every coaching engagement to enable clarity, orientation and sustainable development.

My training and years of practice as a coach are guided and certified by two of the world's largest and most recognized coaching organizations, EMCC and ICF.

I work in German and English with clients from all over the world. We meet online or in the Mannheim/Heidelberg area.

My approach
To me, coaching means revealing the best possibilities. I am convinced that every person already has their own solutions—sometimes we just don't see them clearly enough. In a safe space, I offer my clients the opportunity to rethink their concerns with trustworthy support and develop their own answers.
My coaching is based on the principles of solution-focused coaching, in particular the brief coaching approach developed by Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg. We consistently focus on resources, successes, and concrete steps that are simple and effective. Sustainability is at the forefront—changes should be consistent and sustainable in the long term, not just short-term.
